Prophet Mohammad (PBUH), after making people fully acquainted with the message of Allah, addressed a big gathering and said, "Oh people! Have I not communicated the message of Allah to you?" The gathering replied with one voice, "Yes, you have communcated it fairly and squarely." Then the prophet (PBUH) said, "Oh Allah, be a witness (that I have communicated your message). Oh people, you also be a witness that I have fulfilled my duty. Now, those who are present here do communicate it to those who are not here at present"
       Thus to communicate the message of Allah is a duty imposed on the Muslim Ummah. History bears witness to it that the Ummah not merely knew its duty to be the "Witness of the Truth" but had also communicated this message to people in all ages by making every effort to this end.
But today? Do we communicate the message of Allah to those who are ignorant of Islam? Do we make them free from the servilily of man and change them to God fearing ones? No, undoubledly not.
       That is why people do not know Islam. They perceive it as a religion followed by uncivilized and terrible persons. They hate the Prophet of Islam, the Book of Islam, the Followers of Islam and everything, which is related to Islam.
       But, it is also a fact as well, that some cunning elements make unholy planned attemps to dissuade people from Islam and conspire against it. They purposely lead the world astray. They taken hold of the media.They are busy in making the clear picture of Islam blotted dirty and horrible. The world is being continually caught their widespread net. At this time of the history, we, Muslims, have to play our key role. We have to do our bounden duty of being a "Witness to the Truth". We have to tell the world what Islam is, what a Muslim is like, what the teachings of the Book of Allah are, and how much magnetic and philan thropic conduct and character of the Prophet is. Instead of being too much emotional the courageous, we should follow these positive, constructive, permanant, and perfect lines of action.
By following these lines of action:- We shall do the duty of being a "Witness to the Truth" as Allah wills it. The follower of these actionlines will enjoy spiritual happiness and lead his life straightforwardly without facing any complication of belief. As a result, the wide spread net of conspiracy against Islam and Muslim Ummah would certainly diminish or disappear. There will be a shower of peace, satiety and blessing everywhere in the world. Once again a clear and distinct picture of Islam would emerge. We shall be a dynamic community. Unity will be established. The lost dignity will be regained and the world will highly respect us.
Aiming at the following purposes:- Jamiatul Falah has established its "Dawah College" To inspire young graduates from Islamic Institution to spread the message of Allah. To endow them with essential abitities and qualities of the preacher to play active role on the national scenaris. To provide young graduates from modern institution with Islamic Education (in next phase). To interpret Islam positively and effectively. To examine and eleminate the objections raised against Islam and to befail the evil propaganda againts Islam. To awaken the community from day-dream and to persuade our muslim brothren to do their bounden duty of Dawah.
Such young men are required:- Who can devote their life to the cause of Allah and have a strong passion to serve the noble and sacred cause of Islamic Dawah. Who can make every endeavour to uplift Islam from its present humiliated condition. Who can introduce Islam, prophet of Islam and the message of the Quran, Seerah and Sunnah to the ignorant fellow countrymen in their own language. Who can sacrifice their life and everything to raise the Word of Allah / the message of Allah. Who, felling distressed on the pitiable condition of the contemporary human society could come forward to lead it on the right path of success in this life as well as in the life hereafter.
The inauguration of the Dawah College:- By the grace of Allah the ground floor of "Dawah Colleghe" has been constructed. Attempts are being made to complete the first floor and to provide with necessaries. The computers, library, classrooms and hostel are made serviceable. Allah willing, the "Dawah Colleghe" will be properly inaugurated in 30 November Friday 2006.
Admission Policy:- At present the Aalimiah passed from Islamic Institution will be allowed for admission. In future on proper time graduates from other institutions will also be allowed. Admission will be allowed on the basis of Aalimiah Certificate and oral and written test. It will be three years course. After the completion of this three years course a degree will be awarded equelent to B.A. English, Hindi and Urdu will be the medium of instruction. Students will be given hostel facility as well as a moderate scholarship. Students will have to obey all the rules and regulations of the "Dawah Colleghe".
Outline of the Course:-
Language and Literature: To teach Arabic, English and Hindi Language and literature To endow students with the ability to read, write and speak in one more language than mother tongue. To provide students with the ability of translating one language into another. To make students capable of using reference books
Islamiat: To select proper information materials to communate the message of Allah. To remove the misunderstanding towards Islam. To strengthen the character of the student to be a fit communicater of the message of Allah as well as pesonality development.
Modern Education: To provide as per requirement Religions. Factual and critical study of Hinduism, Christianity, Jewism, Sikkhism, Jainism and Budhism etc.
Movements and Systems (isms): Islamic, Non-Islamic, Missionary, Sufi and Bhakti movements etc.
Practical: Practical Training to work in the field of spreading Islam as well as using the modern information tecnology.
Schemes to be self dependant:- To keep FIIC working general donations may be the only source to support or to activate such schemes as to derive so much income as to keep it running. The centre has planned to construct 10 shops on the ground floor along the road and four family quarters on the first floor under the wakf-scheme, the estimated cost is Rs. 200000/- and expected income is Rs.10000/- to meet half of expenses of the centre.
